I'm left with no option. I am nigh petty and I have been respectfully cordial throughout. And being that I am out a warranty that was part of deal. And stuck looking at a bumper with the wrap. Just being installed a 2nd time, a few months ago. Since, I'm being ghosted. I would had settled for any other reasonable resolution. I reluctantly am leaving this review, for awareness. And moving on with a very expensive lesson. I am more just here to describe my Bad experience. I am modestly giving 2 stars. For appreciation of the rewrap. This may be a one off experience. Or not but, the fact that the wrap had to be rushed initially. Because of set installation date scheduled. That was agreed and I arranged with my employer. Being pushed back. I wasn't even informed and not knowing. Till I reached out the day prior to set pick up day. That the wrap install hasn't even been started yet. Hence, where I feel communication was non existent. I reached out hesitantly a 3rd time, a month ago. Asking for a resolution. Because the wrap had pulled back again. Because of 1, the atmosphere seemed hostile after having gone back. And not necessarily by the owner. Because of the need to rewrap because of the rush. And 2, after having brought my car back. To the shop that was working on it. I was informed of broken door clips and missing sway bar end links. I only agreed to this because of the need to schedule and deposit the money. Shortly to take advantage the special pricing. Which in the end was not special because. I made sure he was good with the price because I. Know and have heard. My Camaro was a hard car, bumper atleast, to wrap. And was told the brand I chose was considered hard material to work with. But was told they have used it before. So, appearing to me that Mad Kustoms was an experienced shop. I agreed to the price increase. For it was experience I was paying for.

I would like to first state. That when deciding to go with any shop. You should always read the reviews. And reach out to them. To align, material type, communication, scheduling, and, expectations. To not, would be a disservice to yourself. I am finding that this is now paying off dividends for me. In my unique situation things unfortunately not going initially. As we planned. I now know that, I had taken my business to the right Shop. And am assured of this, by Abeer and Madkustoms Awesome Customer Service. I can say my experience is/was Excellent!

In and out, quick and professional service. Definitely going back for service.
